Delete your data

NaturalBloom is built so that your data stays with you. Cycle data — temperatures, mucus, intimacy, notes, and settings — is stored only on your device. There is no account and no server holding the information you log, so in almost every case deleting your data is something you do directly on your phone.

Delete the data on your device

Choose either option — both permanently and irreversibly remove everything you have logged:

• Inside the app: open Settings → Erase all data. This deletes all of your logs and settings from the device immediately.
• Uninstall NaturalBloom: removing the app from your phone deletes all of its locally stored cycle data along with it.

Purchase records

After the 14-day free trial, the one-time purchase that unlocks the app is processed by the App Store or Google Play and verified through RevenueCat. They hold an anonymous purchase record (for example a purchase token) so the app can confirm you have paid. These records contain no cycle or health data. To request deletion of your purchase record, email hello@naturalbloom.app and we will action it with our payment processor.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: all cycle and health data (temperatures, mucus, intimacy, notes), preferences, and settings — removed from your device the moment you erase or uninstall. We keep no copy because we never received one.
• Kept: anonymous purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat may be retained as required for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Email us to have your purchase record removed where retention rules allow.
